1. The open size of my product cannot be found in your calculator, what should I do?
   You can directly input or amend the open size to your need and the Calculator will perform calculation according to your input

2. I cannot find the material that I need for a printing job, what should I do?
   For ease of selection by printers, the Calculator is incorporated with the most commonly used material.  In case your target material is not listed, you may select the most similar material.

3. I cannot find the size and GSM of the material that I need, what should I do?
   For ease of selection by printers, the Calculator is incorporated with the most commonly used material size and GSM.  In case your target size and GSM ares not listed, you may select the closest size and GSM.
   
   
4. I cannot find the target printer from your list, what should I do?
   The Calculator is incorporated with printers that perform commonly used paper-out methods.  In case your target printer is not listed, you may select the closest size and GSM.
   
   
5. I cannot find the target paper-out method from your list, what should I do?
   The available paper-out methods are governed by the selected printer.  You may check if the chosen printer is your target or closest one.
   
   
6. Can the bleeding be modified?
   The defaults for bleeding are 0 or 0.125 inches.  If you want a different bleeding, you may select zero bleeding first then add the bleeding to the open size, then the Calculator will produce imposition according to your amended size (open size plus bleeding).
   
   
7. Given the material I used for production is reel paper only. Can your calculator handle on that?
   Yes. It can be done by simply select your proper paper name indicated with “REEL”, followed by setting the product open size, paper GSM and print machine accordingly.
