Three editions of e-SA2 are available. The SME Edition is intended for the basic sales automation. The Business Edition is intended for the multi-user sales automation management. What type of payments does e-SA2 accept?
At this moment, we only accept payment by PayPal from all around the world. In case you are from Mainland China, you may consider to make payment by 支付宝
How can I renew the service?
When there are 30 days left before expiry, we will send you a reminder to your registered e-mail account. Please make your payment 5 days after expiry date the latest. Of course, you could make payment at any time and your expiry date will be automatically extended.
How can I update my billing address?
On the login screen, after inputting of user name and password, click the button “User Profile”, you will be directed to a screen where you could update your billing address.
Whom do I contact for technical support questions?
If you are an Enterprise Edition subscriber, you could call our hotline or send us an email; our colleagues are always there to give you a hand. Subscribers of other edition, please browse our FAQ section for a solution to your queries.
Does the Business Edition have reduced functionality compared with Enterprise Edition?
No, there is no functional difference between these two editions except Business Edition: ► Has no pre-designed reports, users have to export data to Excel files for report analysis ► Has no telephone and e-mail support, users have to locate the solution from the Q&A section ► Cannot be operated by Smart Phone/PDA, users still could use another handy tool like netbook to access to e-SA2 ► Could create at most 25 customized fields for own use whereas there is no creation limit for Enterprise edition
