Three editions of e-SA2 are available. The SME Edition is intended for the basic sales automation. The Business Edition is intended for the multi-user sales automation management. Answer To Question

  1. What type of payments does e-SA2 accept?
    At this moment, we only accept payment by PayPal from all around the world. In case you are from Mainland China, you may consider to make payment by 支付宝

  2. How can I renew the service?
    When there are 30 days left before expiry, we will send you a reminder to your registered e-mail account.  Please make your payment 5 days after expiry date the latest.  Of course, you could make payment at any time and your expiry date will be automatically extended.

  3. How can I update my billing address?
    On the login screen, after inputting of user name and password, click the button “User Profile”, you will be directed to a screen where you could update your billing address.

  4. How can I change my account information (email address, password, etc.)?

  8. Does the Business Edition have reduced functionality compared with Enterprise Edition?
    No, there is no functional difference between these two editions except Business Edition:
    Has no pre-designed reports, users have to export data to Excel files for report analysis
    Has no telephone and e-mail support, users have to locate the solution from the Q&A section
    Cannot be operated by Smart Phone/PDA, users still could use another handy tool like netbook to access to e-SA2
    Could create at most 25 customized fields for own use whereas there is no creation limit for Enterprise edition

  9. What extra benefit can I get from Enterprise Edition compared with Business Edition?
    By subscribing the Enterprise Edition, you can access to the full operating power of e-SA2 which bring you additional benefit:
    Ready-made management reports are just a click away.  You do not have to waste time to export raw data and analysis data afterwards
    Our Customer Service Officers are always there to work with you to refine your business operations. Do call us and grow together.
    You can access to e-SA2 by every internet tool at your hand: a smart phone, a PDA, a netbook…etc, there will be no limit in region and time zone
    To meet your organization structure and business strategy, you are free to create your own data fields as many as you like

    We do not offer additional discounts at this moment for these three editions.  Please be understood the price quoted in the wed-site is our competitive offer.

  12. When my company grows beyond 100 users, what upgrade options are available?
    It will be a good news if your company has more than 100 subscribers.  For such a large group of sales force, it’s time to think of implementing a call centre system to assist your sales agent to perform cold calls, aiming at generate large scale of business.
    Please talk to us and we would work together to setup this system.

  13. Are there any setup fees required for e-SA2?
    There is no setup fee for subscribing our services, the subscription fee is an all-inclusive one.

  14. Are there any technical supports for each of e-SA2 editions?
