Customer Database
  Manipulate the customer information in the perspective of sales.
 

Capturing the following information for strengthening sales and providing quality after-sales services:
- Basic information
- Account details
- Packing instruction (link to e-CQMS, if any)
- Printing instruction (for printing stream only)

Import & Export
  Importing from and exporting to MS Excel.
  To ease data manipulation, customer database could be exported to Excel for data processing; amended Excel file could be imported to e-SA2 afterwards.
Label Printing
  Printing of labels with customer information for promotion.
  In case you want to exercise direct marketing, you could print labels by the pre-set format (which is editable) for the selected customer records. Propaganda can then be mailed right away.
Group Broadcasting
  Broadcasting of news to all/selected customers.
  It is imperative to have you positioned at the top of your customers' mind so that you have greater sales opportunity. To make your customers aware of you, it is a good practice to make yourself known to them periodically. This can be achieved by the Group Broadcasting feature.
Contact details
  Record all the shipping details of the customer for enhancing logistics; capture the likes and dislikes of each contact for aiding sales
  Maintain the details of each contact of your customers to ease the logistics of product delivery; most importantly, record the behavior of each contact so that all your sales agents understand their likes and dislikes to streamline the sales process and thus increase the sales successfulness.
Activity Journal
  Record the sales activities completed and their follow-up activities.
  For each sales agent, record the activities done for each customer. If the sales are not closed, record the follow-up action and the corresponding agent to shoulder the action.
Activity tracking
  Capture and present the completion status of each sales activity.
  A sales cycle composed of various major activities. This function captures and presents the sales milestones so that sales agent understands the most-updated sales status.
Activity Due Reminder
  Remind users to perform un-completed activities.
  Sales activities resulted from "follow-up actions" are scheduled and responsible sales agent will be reminded to take care of.
Activity Sales Script
  Prepare sales script by pre-defined template.
  With a view to start a sales in a consistent and systematic approach by all sales agents, users could prepare standard sales script to be cited for opening a sales session.
Activity Control
  Provide various reports for managing sales activities.

Quotation & Forecast
  Link to Quotation system and forecast the sales volume.
  One of the major sales-milestones is quotation issuance. e-SA2 could link to the Quotation system where sales agent could estimate the probability of sales successfulness. As such, the sales volume could then be forecasted.
Complaint
  Record complaint details for providing quality customer service.
  A valid complain could reveal the weakness of the sales force and thus give users a great chance to better the customer service.
Customized Fields
  Create new fields according to user's needs.
  Each company has different philosophy of running a business. Besides standard information to be provided by e-SA2, users could also create proper fields to meet their business operation.
Support
  Help users to operate the system in the shortest possible time and solve all problems encountered in system operation.
  e-SA2 is easy to operate and simple to understand. She also provides on-line manual and demonstration video to speedup the learning process. However, there are occasions that users may want to seek help instead of going through the manual/video, just give our support team a call / an email and your queries will be answered right away.
